Sophie LE GALL has a diverse work experience in various administrative and customer service roles. Sophie started their career in 2006 as an Assistant responsible for Quality during an internship at the Office du Tourisme du Pradet. In 2008, they completed another internship as an Assistant Commercial at Hotel Hélios 3***. In 2009, Sophie worked as a Receptionist at AZUREVA for a few months before joining Maison du Tourisme as a Commercial Assistant intern in 2010. Sophie then returned to AZUREVA as a Receptionist before transitioning to Ramada Encore Geneve in 2010. At Ramada Encore Geneve, Sophie held multiple positions including Reservation Agent and rotating Receptionist. Sophie continued their career at Ramada Encore Geneve until 2022, when they became an Office Manager. In 2023, they moved on to Smood, where they currently work as an Administrative HR Assistant.

Sophie Le Gall's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Lycée Raynouard in Brignoles, Var, FR where they earned their Baccalauréat ES (Economie et Social) degree in 2003. Sophie then went on to study at Lycée professionnel privé Clovis Hugues from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained their BTS tourisme AGTL degree, specializing in Animation et gestion touristique locale. Following this, Sophie attended IUT Toulon-Var from 2005 to 2006 and completed a Licence professionnelle in Management de la qualité. Finally, they pursued their Master's degree in Gestion du tourisme et relations internationales from Université de Toulon from 2006 to 2008.
