Jason Allard

Jason Allard has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on analysis, strategy, and implementation to drive value and improve organizational performance. Jason worked as a Consultant at Jallard Consulting from June 2018 to the present, where they provided advisory services and management consulting. Prior to that, Jason was the COO and co-founder of Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria from May 2007 to May 2018, overseeing the growth of the franchise from 1 to 30 locations and generating over $40M in system sales. Jason is currently working as the Director of Enterprise Sales at Smooth Commerce, starting in September 2020.

Jason Allard completed their education at the University of Victoria from 2001 to 2004, where they studied Business Administration. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they attended Athol Murray College of Notre Dame. In addition to their education, Jason also holds a Private Pilot License, which was obtained from Victoria Flight Training, Inc.
