Brian Olson currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate at Smoothie King since May 2024. Prior to this role, Brian held various leadership positions at CKE Restaurants, Inc., including Sr. Director of Franchise Sales/Development and Sr. Director of Real Estate, where significant improvements were made in franchising activities and real estate management. Experience also includes roles at Weits Cafe, Highland Ventures, LTD, Aspen Dental, Domino's, and Jimmy John's, where Brian developed and executed real estate strategies, managed teams, and drove franchise development across multiple regions. Brian holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Managing Innovation from Benedictine University and a BS in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
