Rebeca Gonzalez

Rebeca Gonzalez is an experienced instructor and software engineer with a diverse background in learning and development, as well as full-stack application development. Currently serving as an Instructor at Smoothstack since October 2022, Rebeca utilizes educational resources to facilitate student learning and collaborates with peers to enhance instructional efforts. As a Software Engineer at Swift since March 2021, Rebeca builds full-stack applications using Java/SpringBoot and Angular/React, integrates RESTful APIs, and manages deployment processes utilizing Docker and AWS services. Previous roles include Assistant Instructor and Code Tutor at edX, where Rebeca supported student learning and engagement, and a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Scion Staffing, facilitating transitions to ERP systems. Rebeca holds a Certificate in Full Stack Web Development from the University of Oregon.
