Adam Lindsay

Adam Lindsay has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Adam currently works as a Staff Software Engineer at Smoothwall since 2023. Previously, they were a Senior Software Engineer/Principal Software Engineer at Domo Broadcast Systems (DBS) from 2019 to 2022, where they worked on the BWS video encoder/decoder and streaming platform used in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics. Adam also had roles as a Software Engineer at Net2Edge Limited from 2018 to 2019, where they led a team and worked on layer-2 and carrier ethernet switches, and as a Senior Software Engineer/Staff Software Engineer at Seagate Systems UK Ltd from 2014 to 2017, where they developed firmware for high-availability cloud computing and storage platforms. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Engineer at Cobham TCS from 2010 to 2014, where they developed firmware for IP video encoder products. Adam also worked as a Hardware Engineer at Thales from 2009 to 2010, where they designed electronic hardware for cryptography products, and held summer and placement roles as an Application Support Engineer at Texas Instruments GmbH in 2008 and 2006, respectively, where they supported customers and provided technical support to universities.

Adam Lindsay completed a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey. Adam pursued this degree from 2004 to 2009.
