Marine Grimbert has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Marine'smost recent role is as the Head of bid management at Fifteen, an international startup within the Mobivia Group focused on sustainable mobility. In this position, Marine is responsible for developing the company's strategic direction and leading the bidding process for projects with local authorities.

Prior to their current role, Marine worked for VINCI Facilities for several years in various positions. Marine served as the Responsable offre nationale in the Direction du Développement France, where they responded to national bids and achieved a record-breaking conversion rate for new business. Marine also held the position of Responsable grands projets, where they managed complex commercial projects and coordinated the network of business units. Additionally, Marine served as the Responsable développement in the Direction Régionale, where they developed business opportunities in the aerospace and defense industries.

Before joining VINCI Facilities, Marine worked as the Chef de projets offres innovantes in the Centre d'Excellences France. In this role, they created and launched two new service offerings, including a corporate concierge and sustainable mobility solutions. Marine collaborated with external partners and worked closely with clients to refine and evolve these offerings.

Marine Grimbert completed their education with a Master's degree in International Business Negotiation from ISTEC - Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Marketing in Paris. Marine pursued this degree from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they attended Louis Pasteur in Neuilly-sur-Seine for a preparatory class for major business schools known as Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles de commerce (ECS). The field of study for this program was not specified.
