Martin Locke

Martin Locke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in infrastructure financing and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Advisory Panel Member at SMRT Corporation Ltd and as an Adjunct Professor at both The University of Sydney Business School and UNSW Australia, Locke has a strong academic and consulting background. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Health Project Services, and various leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield, Emerge Capital Partners, and InStruct Corporation, where expertise in asset management services and corporate development was demonstrated. A former Partner at PwC, Locke provided financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure projects, and held a Managing Director position at Deutsche Bank, specializing in private finance for global projects.
