John Tiong

John Tiong serves as the Director of the Philippine Payments and Clearing System (PHILPaCS) since October 2016 and has held the position of Governor at the Philippine Red Cross since September 2007, where Tiong also serves as the elected Chairman for Makati City, overseeing charity events and relief operations. Additionally, Tiong has been a Director at SMS Global Technologies Inc. since October 2006 and was recognized as Best President for the Rotary Club of Forbes Park during the 2014-2015 term. Tiong's prior leadership experience includes serving as President at CDSI Inc. from January 1995 to July 2004 and at Cinphil Data Systems Inc. from November 1988 to January 1995. Tiong holds a degree in Liberal Arts and Commerce, specializing in Behavioral Science and Marketing, from De La Salle University, obtained from 1977 to 1982.
