Doug Dunworth

Doug Dunworth is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the steel industry. Currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of SMS group Inc. since November 2018, Doug has previously held similar positions at SMS Technical Services and SMS Millcraft LLC. Additionally, Doug has held key roles at SMS group as Executive Vice President and Millcraft SMS LLC as Vice President of Operations. Doug's career trajectory includes significant management positions at Acutus Gladwin, Birmingham Steel, and WCI Steel, where responsibilities ranged from operations management to engineering oversight. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State University, as well as a LEAP certificate from INSEAD.
