Previously, Rick co-founded INTEG Process Group, Inc., where leadership spanned from 1999 to 2019. Prior roles include General Manager of Sales at Kvaerner, where oversight involved marketing and sales for automation offices, and managerial positions at the American Iron and Steel Institute and Kvaerner Metals, focusing on manufacturing technology and process automation systems for the steel industry. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
