Mike Fay

Mike Fay started their work experience in 1977 as a Regional Office Administration Manager at The Hartford. In 1981, they joined FISI Madison Financial as Vice President Human Resources. In 2001, they founded their own company, Mike Fay & Associates, LLC, and served as Principal until 2003. From 2001 to 2004, they also worked as a Benefits Manager at the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. Since 2004, they have been employed by SMS Holdings Corp. as the Senior Director of HR Administration.
