Hayley Cloud

Hayley Cloud has a diverse work experience in the field of energy management and IT. From 2000 to 2011, they worked at Utility Partnership Ltd as an IT Manager, where they were responsible for the support, maintenance, and development of the company's IT infrastructure. Hayley also managed various projects, including software developments and building renovations. From 2011 to 2013, Hayley served as an International Development Manager at Utility Partnership Ltd, focusing on EU funded energy management projects. In this role, they managed projects aimed at providing proof of concept for energy consumption reduction through data visibility. Since 2013, Hayley has been working at SMS plc, where they have held multiple roles, including Energy Estates Manager, Group Head of Internal Audit, Director of Data Management, and currently, as Product Director (ESL). In their current role, they are responsible for strategic planning, development, and operational delivery of bureau services for large multi-site UK and international customers.
