Phil Waring is a results-driven and highly experienced energy and industry professional currently serving as the Head of Asset, Policy and Training at SMS. With over 30 years of experience, Phil has previously managed metering operations both in the UK and internationally, and has held various leadership roles within SMS, including Head of Engineering Delivery and Head of Metering Operations. Phil holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from Wolverhampton University and City and Guilds qualifications in Electrical from Walsall College. Known for their commitment to excellence and strong leadership skills, Phil adapts well to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.
