Brad Schloesser

Brad Schloesser serves as the Executive Director of the Minnesota Agriculture & Rural Leadership Program at Southwest Minnesota State University, a position held since December 2022, focusing on fostering collaboration among Minnesotans to navigate future challenges. Prior experience includes roles as Dean of Agriculture at South Central College, where responsibilities included supporting agricultural education and promoting lifelong learning. Schloesser's background also features a tenure as an agriculture educator at Marshall Public Schools and over a decade at Montana State University, centered on research and teaching in animal sciences. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Animal Sciences from Montana State University and a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Teacher Education from the University of Minnesota.
