Alisha Sorathia is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Sahajanand Medical Technologies since December 2016, Alisha manages end-to-end hiring processes and oversees onboarding for various departments, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires. Prior to this, Alisha worked as an HR Executive at Right Destination Management from May 2011 to December 2016, where responsibilities included sourcing talent across multiple industries and conducting in-depth requirement analysis with clients. Alisha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
