Chris Hayes has a background in game day operations with the Detroit Tigers from March 1994 to September 2002. Currently, at SMT (SportsMEDIA Technology Corp) since May 2003, Chris holds the title of director, event operations, overseeing and directing day-to-day business operations. With previous roles as operations manager and senior project manager, Chris is responsible for planning, communication, development, and operational implementation of all events serviced by SMT.
