Julia Goodson

Julia Goodson is currently a Tsai Scholar at the Tsai Center for Law, Science and Innovation at SMU Dedman School of Law and serves as a Staff Editor for the SMU Science and Technology Law Review, both positions held since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Commercialization Intern at Auburn University's Office of Innovation Advancement & Commercialization from January 2021 to April 2022 and a Chemical Engineering Intern at Dow in June and July 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the reinstatement of a storage hopper and collaborating with various engineering teams. Julia Goodson is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at SMU Dedman School of Law, expected to complete in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Auburn University, earned in 2022.
