David Bitter

David Bitter has extensive experience in cybersecurity and information security, currently serving as Cybersecurity Risk Manager at SMUD since October 2001. David has also held roles as Privacy Program Manager, Senior Information Security Analyst, and Enterprise Applications Developer at the same organization. Prior to joining SMUD, David worked as a Developer at OnePipeline and StatesBest for a brief period in 2001, and at net-mercial.com from 1999 to 2001. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Spanish and Humanities from Brigham Young University, earned between 1993 and 1999.
