Lora Anguay

Lora Anguay is the current Chief Zero Carbon Officer at SMUD. Lora has also worked at Oracle and the U.S. Coast Guard.

Lora started their career in 1996 as an Aviation Maintenance Technician and Drop Master for the U.S. Coast Guard. Lora then moved on to work for Oracle from October 2000 to February 2004 as the Americas AP Manager/Divisional Process Owner.

In their current role as Chief Zero Carbon Officer at SMUD, Lora is responsible for leading the development and implementation of SMUD’s Zero Carbon Plan.

Lora Anguay has a BS in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento and an AA in Business Administration from Sierra College.

Lora Anguay works with Farres Everly - Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications, Scott Martin - Chief Strategy Officer, and Frankie Mcdermott - Chief Operating Officer. Lora Anguay reports to Paul Lau, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager.
