Rabbil Green

Rabbil Green, MBA, currently serves as the Career Development & Learning Manager at SMUD, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and employee growth. With extensive experience in learning and development roles, Rabbil has served in various capacities at SMUD, including Senior Learning & Development Specialist and Strategic Partner for Sustainable Communities Programs. In addition to tenure at SMUD, Rabbil holds leadership positions such as President-Elect of the Sacramento State Alumni Association and Adjunct Instructor at Sacramento State's College of Continuing Education, focusing on instructional design for eLearning. Prior experience includes significant roles at CalPERS and California Correctional Health Care Services, emphasizing training, instructional design, and educational program development. Rabbil earned a BA in Communication Studies from California State University-Sacramento and an MBA from The University of Arizona Global Campus.
