Scott Pierson

Scott Pierson is a Senior Enterprise Analyst at SMUD, with a tenure starting in August 2002, where responsibilities include supporting and maintaining the Contact Center Solution and managing communications and media systems. Prior to this role, Scott served as a CTI consultant from January 1996 to August 2002, advising and integrating various contact centers into the CTI domain. Earlier experience includes serving as a technology trainer for POS systems at Bruno's Supermarkets from August 1988 to May 1996. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Louisiana State University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
