Sharon Huntsman

Sharon Huntsman has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and strategic workforce initiatives, currently serving as Manager of Enterprise Change and Organizational Effectiveness at SMUD since June 2018. Prior to this role, Sharon was Senior Director of Business, Leadership and Technology Programs at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education, directing programs aligned with strategic priorities. Sharon also held positions at UC Davis in management and leadership development, and served as Executive Director for the California EDGE Campaign, addressing workforce challenges through coalition building. Additional experience includes project management and policy mediation with various organizations, complemented by a strong educational background with a Master's in Community Development and a BA in Politics.
