Steve van Horssen

Steve Van Horssen has over 24 years of experience in the field of meter data management and information systems. Currently serving as a Supervisor at SMUD since February 1999, Steve oversees operations related to meter data management. Prior to this role, Steve worked as a Senior IT Application Developer, where responsibilities included supporting the collection, validation, and management of meter data. Before joining SMUD, Steve served as a Consultant at ADM Associates from 1989 to 1990. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Pacific.
