Kenneth Byrne

Ken Byrne is the Group Tax Director at Smurfit Kappa Group plc, a market leader in paper based packaging. Prior to their current role, Ken served as VP Taxes at GE Money EMEA and European Tax Director at Black & Decker. With a background in international tax planning and financial services, Ken has also held positions at PwC as an International Tax Director and Senior Tax Manager. Additionally, Ken has experience as a Corporate Reconstruction and Insolvency Specialist, managing companies across various industries during the economic crisis in Ireland in the 1980s.
