Kieran Fitzgerald

Kieran Fitzgerald is a seasoned professional in the field of IT infrastructure and connectivity, currently serving as Manager of Networks and Connectivity at Smurfit Westrock since July 2024. Prior to this role, Kieran held various positions at Smurfit Kappa, including Head of Connectivity and Head of Group Infrastructure, where responsibilities included overseeing application hosting, secure browsing, and IT WAN services. Kieran's earlier experience includes serving as Technical Manager at Aspen Grove Solutions and roles at Smurfit Kappa Group that involved SAP implementation and financial reporting systems. Kieran began a career as a Programmer/Analyst at Jefferson Computer, specializing in Clipper 5.0, Foxpro, and dBase. Kieran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from University College Dublin.
