Louise Stanley

Louise Stanley is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner currently serving at Smurfit Westrock since July 2024 and has held a similar position at Smurfit Kappa since June 2014. Alongside this role, Louise also took on the title of Head of Talent, Learning, and Development at Smurfit Kappa, contributing to the growth and development of the organization. Louise holds an MSc in Psychology from the University of Leicester and a BA Hons in Social Sciences from Coventry University.
