Nataly Garcia

Nataly Garcia is a seasoned professional with significant experience in cybersecurity and information technology management. Currently serving as the Global IS - Cybersecurity Awareness Manager at Smurfit Kappa since July 2017, Nataly leads the Cybersecurity Awareness function to ensure alignment with the Global Cybersecurity Strategy. Previously, as IT Security & Compliance Manager, Nataly managed compliance with the Smurfit Kappa Group's security framework, including risk assessments and security initiatives. Prior experience includes working at KPMG Mexico as a Supervising Senior in Information Protection & IT Attestation, where assessments under various standards were performed, and serving as a Senior Developer at netmark, focusing on software development and project management. Nataly holds an MBA from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a degree in Computer Science from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
