Robert Rubesamen

Robert Rubesamen is an experienced H&S Manager currently leading the Recycled Paper Cluster (RPC) at Smurfit Kappa since December 2017, which encompasses 15 production sites and 4 service/logistics centers across 8 countries. Previously, Robert held similar roles managing Recycled Paper East (RPE) and provided executive support to the CEO in strategic planning and presentation creation. Robert's career includes positions at Rio Tinto as a Project Geologist and at Astro Resources as Lead Project Geologist, alongside earlier roles in finance and accounts. Robert earned an MSc in Project Management from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a B.Sc. in Geology from University College Dublin.
