Gretchen O'Brien

Gretchen O'Brien is a multifaceted professional with experience in both spiritual practices and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Reiki Practitioner, Sacred Circle Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher at Sacred Lotus since October 2022, Gretchen facilitates community healing circles and offers private yoga classes. At SMW Engineering Group, Gretchen holds the position of Project Coordinator since January 2023, while also teaching group yoga classes at Just Breathe Yoga. Prior experience includes Project Coordinator roles at High Performance Services, LLC, and Payroll Director at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, where oversight of payroll for 3,000 employees across 27 states was essential. Gretchen also held the position of Payroll Manager at Hancock Whitney, managing payroll for 4,800 employees. Early career experiences include roles as a Payroll Administrator and Associate Lender. Educational credentials include an Associate’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and a degree from The University of Southern Mississippi.
