Joseph Ernest

Joseph Ernest has a vast work experience spanning several companies. Their most recent role is as a Director at Next Level Enterprise, where they co-developed and implemented a cloud-based and fully integrated ERP system. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations and Business Development at SMW Engineering Group.

Before joining SMW Engineering Group, Joseph worked at Crown Castle for a significant period of time. During their tenure, they held various roles including Director of District Operations, Director of Tower Operations, Vice President of Assets, General Manager, and Program Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing a large portfolio of towers, overseeing asset management, regulatory compliance, and customer contract processing.

Prior to Crown Castle, Joseph worked at BellSouth Mobility as an Operations Manager and Construction Manager. Joseph led teams in network operations, system installation and maintenance, and tower builds for cellular coverage.

Joseph's experience showcases strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge in operations, business development, project management, and asset management within the telecommunications industry.

Joseph Ernest attended Auburn University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a degree in Building Science with a focus on Architectural and Building Sciences/Technology.
