Brian Mitchell

Brian Mitchell is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud architecture, network infrastructure, and cyber operations. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at SMX since May 2017, Brian has provided critical support to approximately 200 personnel by developing agile and secure cloud environments. Concurrently, Brian has held the role of Infrastructure Architect at IBM since May 2012, focusing on advanced integration services and capturing significant revenue through hardware and software services. Brian's military experience spans from serving as a Non-Commissioned Officer in Cyber Operations with the USAF Reserves since 2004 to overseeing network management and security as a Network Manager for the United States Air Force. With prior roles as a Senior Systems Engineer at L-3 STRATIS and Senior Network Engineer at Chevron, Brian has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills throughout a diverse career in technology. Brian holds Associate degrees in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and in Computer Science from Troy University.
