Connor Trombly

Connor Trombly is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in full lifecycle recruiting across various sectors. Since October 2021, Connor has been with SMX after the acquisition of Datastrong, where tenure lasted from October 2017 to September 2021. At Datastrong, Connor was the sole recruiter and led the recruiting process for federal, state, and commercial projects. Prior to this, Connor served as Lead of Placement Services at UDig, focusing on high-level talent in technology. Roles at UDig also included Talent Acquisition/Business Development Representative and Technical Recruiter, providing full lifecycle recruiting and business development support. Earlier experience includes a role as Client Services Representative at Kastle Systems and a Product Strategy Internship at Volkswagen AG. Connor holds a B.S. in Marketing and Human Resources Management from the University of South Carolina.
