Torivio Hall

Torivio Hall is currently serving as an Unmanned Current Operations Planner (COPS) at SMX, providing subject matter expertise on Unmanned Systems (UxS) in the SOUTHCOM AOR. Previously, Torivio worked as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst with a HUMINT focus at Cyntel Technologies, delivering comprehensive intelligence support to the Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve. Torivio's extensive experience in the US Navy included roles as N2 Department Leading Chief Petty Officer at Maritime Security Group Two and Commander 4th Fleet, overseeing intelligence operations and managing significant personnel and resources. Torivio also held positions as an Independent Duty Intelligence Analyst and Intelligence Analyst at various naval commands, producing critical intelligence products for multiple mission contexts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Science from Keiser University.
