Michal Kot has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and consumer insights. Michal currently holds the position of Data Science and Consumer Insight Director at SMYK Group since October 2021. Before that, they served as the Big Data and Consumer Insight Director at the same company from May 2020 to October 2021.

Prior to their role at SMYK Group, Michal worked at Wavemaker as Senior Manager Analytics from February 2019 to April 2020, and as Analytics Manager from January 2018 to January 2019.

From 2011 to 2017, Michal gained extensive experience at MEC, where they held various positions including Analytics Manager, Senior Analyst, Data Analyst, Junior Analyst, and Analytics & Insight Trainee.

Michal Kot received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2011. Michal then went on to earn their Master of Science degree in the same field from the same institution in 2013. Currently, Michal is pursuing a PhD in Economics at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, with their expected completion date being unknown.
