John Flynn

John Flynn is a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant at Smyth & Co, starting in October 2023. Previously, John served as a Senior Bartender at Fallow Restaurant from April 2022 to August 2023, where responsibilities included stock management, training new staff, and maintaining high standards in drink production. Prior experience includes Bar Supervisor roles at both The Ugly Duckling and Meat Flour Wine, where John was responsible for bar operations, menu curation, and cocktail development. Earlier in the career, John worked as a Bartender at The Arts Club, a renowned venue in Mayfair. John is pursuing A Level courses in Business Studies, Geography, and Religious Studies at St Dominic's Sixth Form College.
