Prior to this role, Melissa served as a senior administrative associate at Graphics East, Inc. from December 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities included assisting the vice president with account management and administrative operations. Earlier career experience includes working as a customer service representative at ArborOakland Group from March 2011 to December 2014, managing various print, mail, and fulfillment projects throughout all production phases. Melissa completed studies at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts from September 1997 to May 1999.
