A strong communicator and collaborator, Nicolette has proven ability to cultivate client relationships and lead cross-departmental teams to achieve marketing objectives. With a solid educational background, including a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications from Ferris State University and various certifications in digital and direct marketing, Nicolette has also demonstrated a commitment to professional development by mentoring entry-level employees and establishing programs to support staff well-being.
