Ben Steiner

Ben Steiner is a highly experienced associate producer at CBC, managing the home page and publishing stories from wire services. Ben has also worked as a freelance writer for various media outlets, covering a wide range of sports topics, and has contributed to the Canadian Olympic Committee as a web and social contributor. Ben is currently a freelance reporter for Toronto Raptors games on Sports Illustrated and covers NHL and MLS games for Field Level Media. Additionally, Ben is a women's hockey writer for The Hockey News and the Editor in Chief/Founder of 49 Sports, leading coverage of U Sports across Canada. Ben graduated from Ryerson University with a B.A. in Sport Media.
