Arul Murugan

Arul Murugan has been in the workforce since 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they worked for International Agricultural Processing (Pvt) Ltd in various roles such as Manager, Assistant Manager Field R&D, Executive-Technical Vegetable Production, Executive - Drip Fields, and Management Trainee - Contract Farming. During this time, they were responsible for Quality Control, Process Control Monitoring, Labor Planning, Shipment Planning, Target Achievement, Inter Departmental Coordination, Evaluating Varieties, Developing Season-wise Standard PoP, and Working with Leading Agri Companies. In 2015, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Snackexperts.com, where their mission was to reinvent healthier snacking in workplaces with zero inventory and a made-to-order, direct-to-consumer model.

Arul Murugan completed their B.Tech in Horticulture from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University between 2004 and 2008. Arul then went on to pursue an MBA in Food & Agri Business Management from Anna University between 2008 and 2010. In 2012, they completed a training programme in vegetables from seed to harvest from the World Vegetable Center - AVRDC. Additionally, Arul Murugan obtained a FOSTAC certified food safety professional certification from FSSAI Publication in August 2020.
