Maggie N. has over 10 years of work experience in various roles, starting with a Finance Intern at Engage Retirement, LLC in 2009. Maggie then became a Business Intern at ClosedWon in 2013, followed by a Client Coordinator and Broker Assistant at ARGUS Investment Realty, Inc. in 2014. In 2015, they were a 2015 Fellow at Venture for America and a Cyber Analyst [Pre-Sales + Sales Engineering] at ZeroFOX. In 2017, they joined Snag-A-Slip as a Product & Technology Manager and Director of Product Development. In 2021, they became the Director of Product Development at Marinalife. Throughout their career, they have been recognized for their contributions to the marina and boatyard industry, and has been responsible for delivering on the company's strategic product initiatives.

Maggie N. attended the University of St Andrews from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) (Hons) in International Relations. In 2021, they attended General Assembly for Product Management.
