Daniella Gutierrez, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Daniella Gutierrez has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on management roles. Daniella began their career in 2000 as an Office Manager at Haskins OBGYN and then transitioned to a role as a Human Resources Business Partner at Varsity Brands in 2003. In 2007, they joined WellSpace Health as a Human Resources Manager and worked there until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, Daniella served as both a Senior Human Resources Manager and Practice Manager at Human Touch Behavioral Health. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Design Expo from 2016 until 2021. Currently, Daniella is employed as a Human Resources Professional at Sacramento Native American Health Center, Inc.

Daniella Gutierrez holds an educational background in business administration, management, and accounting. Daniella earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management (Accountancy) from California State University-Sacramento, graduating in 2009. Prior to that, they attended American River College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance.

Continuing their education, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at California State University-Sacramento in 2014.

In addition to their academic achievements, Daniella Gutierrez has pursued various certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. Daniella obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from HRCI in December 2019, along with the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in the same month and year.

Furthering their expertise, they acquired the THRP - Tribal Human Resources Professional certification from the National Native American Human Resources Association (NNAHRA) in August 2022. In August 2018, they completed the Crisis Intervention & Suicide Prevention program from Evangel University, and a month earlier, they achieved the Registered Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor accreditation from the California Association for Drug/Alcohol Educators.

Although they hold several certifications related to business and administration, the Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP), Certified Administrative Professional (CAP), and Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certifications do not have information regarding the month and year of attainment.
