Daniele Capizzi

Daniele Capizzi has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Daniele has held various roles in the field of information technology, starting as an IT technician for small businesses in 1997. Daniele then worked as an IT technician for the Arma dei Carabinieri from 1998 to 2000, followed by a position at IBM as an Information Technology Specialist from 2000 to 2002. In 2002, Daniele joined Regione Siciliana as an Information Technology Specialist until 2003. From there, they transitioned to Snam S.p.A., where they held several management roles in gas contracts, transport, and storage. Daniele was a Manager of Gas Transport, Storage & LNG Contracts from 2009 to 2011, followed by Manager of Access Contracts from 2012 to 2016. Daniele then served as Head of Gas Contracts, Trading, and Billing from 2016 to 2020. Their most recent positions at Snam S.p.A. were Head of Origination, Front Office & Customare Care from 2020 to 2023, and currently, they hold the role of Director of Origination, Front Office & Customare Care.

Daniele Capizzi has a High School Diploma in Industrial Electronics & Telecommunications Technology from ITIS Alessandro Volta Palermo. Daniele also has a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University. Daniele has a Degree in Economics from Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a Certificate in Advanced English CEFR Level C1 from Cambridge Assessment English. Moreover, Daniele has participated in various leadership and management development programs, such as the Leadership Development Program at SDA Bocconi, the Leadership School at Fluxus HR, the Customer Excellence Program at Business Integration Partners, and Management Reloaded at ELIS.org. Daniele has also completed courses in Organizational Coaching at Acotè and the Managerial Development Program at Willis Towers Watson.
