Ferdinando di Fino

Ferdinando Di Fino has a diverse work experience in various companies. Ferdinando started their career at Barilla in 2002, where they worked as an HR Manager for five years. Ferdinando then moved on to Janssen-Cilag in 2007, where they held the position of HR Manager for a year and a half. In 2008, they joined Fastweb Spa as the HR Manager for Small & Medium Enterprise and Staff Functions for six years. In 2014, they transitioned to Gruppo Campari as the HR Director for the Italian Market. Currently, they are working at Snam as the Executive Director of the People Business Unit Asset Italia since February 2020. Ferdinando has also held other positions at Snam, including Head of HR Management Operations from June 2019 to February 2020, and Head of HR Management Corporate Functions from October 2017 to June 2019.

Ferdinando Di Fino pursued their education history in a sequential manner. Ferdinando first obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' di Chieti from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources and Organization from ISTUD Business School. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued a Master's degree in Personnel Administration and Labor Law from STOGEA Bologna. Continuing their educational journey, from 2004 to 2005, Ferdinando completed a specialization course in Organizing Training and Organizational Development from SDA Bocconi. Finally, in 2020 to 2021, they attended Future Coaching Academy and obtained a degree in Professional Coaching.
