Andreas Magalhaes

Andreas Magalhaes has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in software development and coordination. Andreas currently works as a Software Developer at Snap Accounts Payable Corporation, where they are responsible for maintaining and improving a cloud-based procurement automation tool. Andreas collaborates closely with the SnapAP team to ensure seamless integration of clients' existing workflows. Prior to this, Andreas worked as an Inventory Control Specialist at Kent Building Supplies, where they managed and maintained inventory levels using D365 and the company's ERP system.

Before joining Snap Accounts Payable Corporation and Kent Building Supplies, Andreas worked at Capgemini as a Scrum Master and Software Developer. In the Scrum Master role, they led Scrum meetings and provided support to teams during sprint planning and execution. Andreas also coached teams on Agile methodologies. As a Software Developer at Capgemini, Andreas was responsible for systems development, planning, execution, and quality control at organizations such as PMESP and ANTAQ.

Andreas also has experience in coordinating and leading software development teams. Andreas worked as a Software Development Team Lead at Ebserh, where they coordinated the implementation and maintenance of systems in the healthcare field. Andreas also served as a Manager of Business Process Management, where they worked on improving healthcare and administrative processes within Ebserh.

Andreas Magalhaes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília, which they completed between 2004 and 2009. Andreas later pursued further education, earning a Postgraduate Degree in IT Governance from Faculdade Unyleya. Additionally, they completed two more postgraduate degrees: one in Project Management - PMI and another in Project Management, both from Faculdade Unyleya and completed in 2021. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from FATAP - Faculdade De Tecnologia e Ciências.

In terms of certifications, Andreas is a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum.org, which they obtained in July 2021. Andreas is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Web Applications, obtained in January 2021. Andreas holds the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org, and the Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, obtained in May 2016. Andreas has additional certifications including MCSA: SQL Server 2012, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, MS: Programming in C#, IELTS General Training, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, and Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®), obtained at various times between 2015 and 2020.
