Jor-El Digman

Jor-El Digman is an experienced leader in data analytics and business development, currently serving as the Director at Snap Analytics since June 2025. Previously, Jor-El co-founded Pandata Group in January 2016, acting as Chief Executive Officer until March 2025, where a focus was placed on transforming and modernizing data and AI practices for clients in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and financial services. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director of Business Development at Mikan, where Jor-El expanded the company's team significantly, and Business Development Manager at 5Nines, delivering IT solutions to enhance client operations. Additionally, Jor-El has held positions in application solutions and sales, contributing to managed services introduction in the Madison market. Jor-El holds a B.S. in History and Business from Edgewood University.
