Nick Bauman

Nick Bauman is an experienced software engineer and entrepreneur with a diverse background in software development spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Guaranteed Rate since December 2020, Nick focuses on a digital mortgage platform utilizing Clojure and ClojureScript. As the Founder of Cirrus Machina EOCC, Nick champions an employee-owned cooperative providing IT consulting. Previous roles include impactful contributions at Simplexity Systems Inc. as Owner, along with contract positions at various companies such as Prime Therapeutics, BYTON, and BuzzFeed, where Nick developed advanced software solutions across industries like health tech, media, and transportation. Nick's early education includes a BFA in Media Arts from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
