Bryan Allen

Bryan brings depth to the Snap team with his wealth of experience in financing, acquisition, and intellectual property transactions, as well as 24 years of advising boards of directors and management on corporate issues. His extensive background ensures that we grow Snap and our partnerships in a secure way, building our success on a solid foundation.

Bryan graduated with a BS degree in Chinese Studies and a BA degree in Economics from the University of Utah, both summa cum laude. In addition, he received a Masters of Religion degree, cum laude, from the Yale Divinity School and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Yale Law School.

Bryan can frequently be found with friends and family skiing, biking, rock climbing, canyoneering, or running on local trails.
