Cooper Blackhurst has a diverse work background that spans over multiple industries. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch for about two years. In 2006, they transitioned to Firstline Security/Conexus, where they initially served as the Regional VP Sales and later became the Director of Integration. In 2008, they joined Apple and held various roles, including Supply Demand Planner, MFi Licensing Account Manager, Manager in Global Direct Sourcing, and Sr Manager in China Supply Demand Management. In 2015, they moved to MX as the Sr Director of MX Client Success & Strategy. Currently, since 2017, they have been contributing at Snap Finance as the VP of Strategy and recently promoted to SVP of Strategic Partnerships.

Cooper Blackhurst received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Policy with a focus in Business Policy from Stanford University in 2003. Cooper then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sociology, Organizational Science and Stratification from Stanford University in 2004. During their undergraduate years, Cooper also received a full-ride scholarship as an athlete for Stanford Football. In 2016, they obtained a Net Promoter (NPS) 2 Certification from Satmetrix.
