Rajat Bansal

Rajat Bansal has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of engineering and software development. Rajat is currently the Director of Engineering at Snap Finance, where they head the Experience Engineering group and oversees web, mobile, and Salesforce channel experiences. Rajat is responsible for the technology platform and roadmap, as well as providing technical leadership and solution architecture oversight to a team of 50 engineers. Prior to their current role, Rajat served as the Vice President of Product Development at Marsh, where they owned the claim's platform and led product management and development efforts. Rajat also worked at American Express for several years, where they held the positions of Director of Software Engineering, Senior Manager, Lead Architect, and Senior Engineer. In these roles, Rajat managed teams, defined system architecture, executed technology roadmaps, and increased revenues. Rajat also worked at CSC as a Technology Lead and at Infosys as a Technology Analyst, where they provided technical consultation and solutions to clients in the banking and capital markets industry. Rajat Bansal holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's of Engineering in Information & Technology from Mahrishi Dayanand University between 2002 and 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rajat has also obtained certifications such as Confluent Fundamentals Accreditation from Confluent in 2021, the American Express & Harvard New People Leader Program from Harvard Business Publishing in 2019, and the StrongLoop Certified Node Developer from StrongLoop, Inc. in 2015.
