Aldo J. Pagliari

Aldo J. Pagliari is senior vice president – finance and chief financial officer of Snap-on Incorporated. He joined the corporation in 2002 and has over 30 years of experience in the areas of finance, operations, corporate strategy and business development. Prior to being named to his current position in March 2010, Mr. Pagliari was president – Snap-on Equipment Division where he was responsible for sales, service, marketing, manufacturing and product development of the Corporation’s Equipment products worldwide. He also previously held the position of senior vice president – operations for the Commercial and Industrial Group. Mr. Pagliari joined Snap-on from United Technologies as group controller/director of finance and planning for the Commercial and Industrial Group. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Mineral Economics from Pennsylvania State University. He is also a certified public accountant.
